Booth Space Registration and Sponsorship Information

The goal of GIS Day Savannah 2019 is to educate our local 8th grade students about how GIS is used every day in our community. Thanks to in-kind donations and support, the majority of your sponsorship will go towards establishing GIS programs in area schools. At the same time, GIS Day provides the perfect opportunity for you to showcase your work, and a forum for teaching students about the significant contribution this exciting technology is making in their lives and communities.

Levels of sponsorship

Diamond: $2,500

Platinum: $1,000

Gold: $500

Silver: $250

Government and non-profit organizations that participate in the event are asked to submit a $75 donation to cover the cost of booth supplies and setup.

All sponsors will receive:

Booth space including an 8’ x 30” table and two chairs

Your organization logo and website listed on the GIS Day Savannah website

Your organization name listed in marketing materials

Morning refreshments & lunch

GIS Day Passport & Map Gallery

In order to inspire interaction between the students and the GIS sponsors in the Map Gallery, we provide each student with a GIS Day Passport. The passport will have all sponsors registered by November 1 listed on a page under a different theme for students to collect stamps. (We will provide you with 2 stamps at your booth.) We encourage you to prepare at least one question that students will be able to answer by exploring your booth in order to earn their ‘stamp’ for the GIS Day Passport Book.
